1.1 How do I know my size?
Our shirts are all slim fitted and sized based on neck measurements (collar sizes). However, we strongly recommend choosing one size smaller than you are used to, because of a slightly bigger collar that we have chosen for comfort reasons. For example, if you normally pick a collar size 39, you should in this case take a Blu Murray's size 38.

1.2 How long is the shirttail?
We have chosen for slightly longer shirttails in order to ensure that the shirt remains to be worn tucked in.
1.3 How should I care for my Blu Murray shirt?
- Before washing remember to turn the shirt inside out, this gives the laundry detergent direct access to the underarm stains.
- Shirts can be laundered or machine-washed with a maximum temperature of 40ºC (104ºF). Generally, we recommend a temperature of 30ºC (86ºF).
- Line dry in order to increase the durability of the shirt. Do not tumble dry the shirt.
- Please note that the majority of our shirts can be ironed with the 'cotton' setting on the ironer. However, some shirts of our Royal Line can only be ironed with the 'silk' setting because of the elements in the fabric that are made from silk. These shirts are: The Royal Blue Twill, The Ice Blue Royal Poplin and The White Royal Poplin. Also remember that the garment label cannot be ironed as it is not made from cotton and therefore may be damaged when using the ‘cotton’ setting.
- The best way to iron a cotton shirt is when it's still slightly damp from the wash, this is much easier than using a steam spray to dampen it once it has dried. However, a spray might still be required if there are uneven dry places.
- The best way to iron a shirt is as follows: collar, cuffs, sleeves, shoulders, front panels and finishing with the back panel. Remember that the cuffs should always be ironed unbuttoned.
- After ironing, the shirt should be hanged up with the top button fastened. The evaporation will reduce the final creases.
1.4 Will my shirt shrink?
After the first few washes, the shirt will shrink slightly, about 2–3%, in the chest and in the sleeves.
1.5 Is there a guarantee on my shirt?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with one of our shirts you can always contact email@example.com. We will be happy to find a suitable solution for you.
2.1 How can I make a change to my placed order?
Placed orders can be changed or cancelled within two hours of placing your order, please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with “CHANGE” or “CANCEL” in the subject line of your mail. Please provide your order number, item description, your size and address details in the mail.
After the two-hour window has elapsed, we will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or cancelled.
3.1 How long will my shipment take to get to me?
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure that your package will arrive in a timely manner. Generally, you should expect to see your package arrive within 3 to 4 business days.

3.2 How can I track the status of my order?
When your order has been despatched we will send you an order confirmation email with a track and trace number so you can follow the progress of your package.
3.3 Does Blu Murray ship to Post Office Box addresses?
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses, courier collection points or forwarding addresses. We do ship to all home and office addresses.
3.4 Large purchases?
In case you are placing a large order, a signature may be required for your package. Generally, we recommend having the package delivered to a location where someone will be available to sign for it.
4 Return and Exchange
4.1 What is your return policy?
At Blu Murray we desire to ensure impeccable service to our customers. If there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know, and we will work to solve it immediately. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Blu Murray reserves the right to refuse the return.
Returns are free, the re-shipment costs of exchanged items are also free of charge.
- All products must be returned within 14 days from order date.
- All products must be in unworn and unwashed condition.
- In order to make a return/exchange, please use the return/exchange form that is included in the original shipment of your order. Please note to include all the original packaging materials within your exchange package.
- Sale items can only be exchanged for another item within 7 days of original purchase, but cannot be refunded.
- Full-priced merchandise purchased using promotional discounts does not qualify as "sale" merchandise, and may be returned within the 14-day return window.
- In the rare instance of a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service and we will work to solve the issue immediately.

4.2 How do I make a return?
In order to make a return, please use the return label that is included in the original shipment of your order.
- Returned products must be in new, unused condition.
- Please use the return/exchange form that is included in the original shipment of your order. Please note to include all the original packaging materials within your exchange package.
Once we have correctly received your return at our warehouse (including all the packaging materials), your refund will be processed. The refund will be applied to the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days. At the same time, you will receive a refund confirmation mail. Please note that the shipping costs and return fees are non-refundable.
4.3 How do I make an exchange?
In order to make an exchange, please use the return/exchange form that is included in the original shipment of your order.
- Please note to include all the original packaging materials within your exchange package.
- You can only exchange your item(s) for another size through the return/exchange form. If you want to exchange for another product, you should return the item(s) and place a new order on the website.
Please note that the re-shipment costs of exchange items are free of charge.
4.4 How long does it take to process a return/exchange?
Our warehouse processes return items in the order they are received. Once the package is delivered, please allow up to 7 additional business days for your return or exchange to be processed. When a return or exchange is processed a notification email will be send.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by IDEAL and PayPal at the moment, payment via different kinds of Credit Cards will be possible in the near future.
5.2 Security Information
At Blu Murray we desire to ensure impeccable service to each of our customers, this includes our approach to security. Maintaining your privacy is a priority, this is why we use a third party payment specialist. You can be assured that all the information you enter is secure and safe.
Your card details will not be captured or stored, once your card number is entered all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing. As soon as your payment transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site and you will receive an order confirmation.
